Coaching Staff
Beth
CrossFit Coach
Beth started CrossFit in 2014 and was very quickly hooked, finding strength she never knew she had and the confidence that comes with that.
Beth is known for holding standards and wants to help members achieve what they did not think was possible and the power of this transcends what happens inside the Box.
Kuda
Director
Kuda is a retired fighter and coaches multiple disciplines including CrossFit, Weightlifting, Functional Range Conditioning®, Boxing, and Muay Thai.
His goal is to see you fit, moving, and training well beyond your 70s and 80s.
Guy Yashiv
CrossFit Coach
Guy discovered CrossFit in August 2022, at the beginning of his second year at university. Since then, he was hooked — starting off as a member, he quickly realised that part of the fun in CrossFit is helping and growing with others. True to this belief, he became a coach in less than a year!
What stands out about CrossFit to Guy is how much it can impact life both inside and outside of the box, physically and mentally. Since joining himself in 2022, he has brought his whole family — mum, dad, twin brother and younger brother — along as members.
Dr Angela Sorensen
CrossFit and Weightlifting Coach
Coach Ange has been obsessed with weightlifting for more than half her life and still pretends she can out lift everyone.
She thinks that squats cure everything and has a PhD to prove it. The first two WODs she ever did were in a competition because why die once when you can die twice.
Michael
Weightlifting Coach
Mike is a Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Science at the London Sports Institute, Middlesex University. He is a high-level Weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning coach, working with many professional athletes.
CrossFit Coach and Manager
Mark discovered CrossFit in 2016 shortly after his late mom was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. He was able to find a safe space to cope with his mental health, balancing his corporate career in Banking and personal pressures.
Paying it forward as a coach, Mark is a firm believer of CrossFit’s principle of “virtuosity” or in simpler terms: performing a simple movement in an excellent way. He particularly enjoys putting this into practise to help members progress their gymnastics skills.
Rachel “Raie”
CrossFit Coach and Yoga Teacher
Rachel got into fitness while at university and has been coaching since graduating from SOAS in 2018.
She loves yoga, strength and mobility training. Helping you to achieve your goals is her top priority. She has recently completed a course in Women’s Menstrual health to add to her CrossFit Level 2 and Yoga certifications.
